Pink scarf for Breast Cancer Research

This is the scarf that I knitted for the Breast Cancer Research project (see my earlier blog).
I knitted it during our recent holiday as it’s a very easy stitch which doesn’t need special attention. Besides, the ‘dropped stitch’ made the scarf grow rather fast. In Dutch it’s called De Luie Wijvensteek (the lazy wives stitch): Row 1: Knit, Row 2: knit but wrap the yarn twice instead of once around the needle, Row 3: Knit but drop the second of each double wrap. Repeat these three rows.
